We are in a new normal era, in which the foundation of businesses is digitized, people are connected, and collaborative work is done remotely. Digital has become key for companies and social activities, resulting in a need for factories and businesses to pursue digital transformation (DX).
In this theme, we will showcase Hitachi's efforts, case studies, technologies, and a way of thinking about DX which is essential for companies to keep creating value in the new normal era.


While remote work is increasing and business systems are rapidly shifting to the cloud during the COVID-19 pandemic, we need to rethink more than ever cyber risks such as information leaks and unauthorized accesses, which have risen to the forefront. Now, it is necessary and essential to promote a security-oriented digitalization of work. In this theme, we will showcase how security should be support businesses and social infrastructure in the new normal era.

COVID-19 has brought a big change, the so-called “new normal”, for social and economic activities.
