CloseRemote Work under COVID-19
In the midst of major changes in the way Japan works in the COVID-19 disaster, words such as "result-oriented approach" and "flexible time management" are being exchanged in various media. However, should "results" really take precedence over "time"? The number of people with limited working time is set to increase in the future against the backdrop of an aging society and increasingly demanding child care and nursing needs. Therefore, we aim to create a Japanese workstyle that evaluates the results/time = productivity as results per hour. This session will introduce examples of our efforts.
